Shelby Loos, DVM

Veterinarian

Dr. Shelby Loos is a 2017 graduate from the University of Florida with a certificate in aquatic animal medicine. After completing a year long specialty rotating internship at BluePearl in Tampa, she moved to the Florida Keys where she began her career in aquatic animal medicine. Dr. Shelby is currently the veterinarian for Island Dolphin Care, a non-profit that offers therapy swims with dolphins for those with special needs.

She maintains her work with cats and dogs by providing relief shifts for general practice and emergency hospitals. Currently residing in Jupiter, FL, she is a dog mom to Romeo, Kilee, Clover, and Rosie, a cat mom to Olly, and a turtle mom to Cruiser. In her free time you can find her out on the water fishing, boating, paddle boarding, or relaxing on the beach!
