Dr. Krista Seraydar was born and raised in South Florida. She is a graduate of the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine where she earned a certificate in Shelter Medicine. She also spent her undergraduate years at the University of Florida where she graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Entomology and Animal Sciences. She has a special interest in internal and feline medicine, dermatology, and behavior.

In her free time, she enjoys fostering kittens, traveling, running, cooking, and spending time with her husband Casey, their dogs (Bee and Elsa), their five kitties, and their chatty African Grey, Shaka.
