A. I am a big supporter of human grade diets, however I find when j complete nutritional analyses on homemade diets, many are deficient in essential vitamins and nutrients. There are some dehydrated and frozen raw diets that are already balanced nutritionally. For example, honest kitchen, sojos, and primal are examples. If you still prefer to cook at home I would recommend you and I doing a consultation. You can tell me what is in your recipes, and I can evaluate them using a nutritional program developed at UC Davis. There are vitamins that can be supplemented based on our findings.
