Q. My bunny has head tilt, vet says it's vertigo, should go away on its own. Feeling helpless, any advice?

A. I would want to rule out an ear infection affecting the inner ear. I would also check for different kinds of parasites. Bunnies are susceptible to one in particular that can cause a head tilt.
