Q. My dog has very sensitive skin and is very old, this winter she is very itchy.. Just wondering what would be the best for her dry sensitive skin ?

A. Omega 3 fish oils and vitamin E oil on her food will help the inflammation and her coat. I would encourage you to find the underlying issue though - nutritional, fleas or flea allergies, endocrine abnormalities etc

A. Medicated baths in some cases can help. I would also ensure she is on a good quality diet, and you can consider supplementing fatty acids (omegas especially designed for pets) or fish oils to help top up her coat

Humidifier in the the home can help help sometimes too.

I would speak to your vet just to rule out any possible medical or skin conditions which could also be causing some of her troubles.
