Rashes can appear around the perineum as a result of food sensitivities and I recommend a hydrolyzed diet to be fed for 8 weeks with NO other foods/treats/flavored tablets in order to investigate this. If you have stuck to the diet and the condition is resolved, you can trial other food groups to investigate which cause her discomfort. If there is no change it will be necessary to run further tests and skin investigations. I also recommend you get your vet tech to check her anal glands and also give a high quality worm dose as some worms can cause anal itching
