A. As she is not spayed I would be querying either pregnancy/labor or an infection. If she is restless, in pain or running a fever she should be examined as soon as possible by a vet.
A. She might have a urine infection or a uterine infection. A uterine infection is more serious and will require her to be spayed as soon as possible. A urine infection is usually treatable with an antibiotic course and some supportive meds.
Take her to your vet as she will need treatment either way.
