A. You should see visible enlargement of the abdomen 1,5-2 months after haet. Milk in the mammary gland occurs few days before labour, also specific behaviour. Characteristis is fall of inner temperature of 1 C degree 24 h before labour. If you are no t sure if ahe is pregnant see a vet. False pregnancy can give similar signs

A. It may mean that she is pregnant. However, condition like phantom pregnancy or pyometra (infection of uterus) can look very similar at early stage. I would suggest you to take your dog to your vets to confirm / rule out pregnancy
