A. Yes, not rare that your dogs is scratching. We have 2 options in your case:
1.-Even with all that you done it is not been enough (sometimes is difficult to get rid of a flea infestation)
2.-Your dog is allergic to the flea bite (really common) and even if the fleas are gone his body is doing a reaction and that's why scratches. Go to your vets to check the dog and give him treatment or give you a strongest solution for your house.
