A. Unfortunately I don't know that I'm going to be able to give you much help, because I think Duke needs to go see a vet. Clearly he's not feeling well, and although we know he's vomiting and doesn't want to eat that can be caused by many things. A vet will be able to do a physical exam, which will hopefully help start to understand what's going on. Duke may then need blood work and x-rays to determine the cause of the vomiting, and then your vet can give the appropriate treatment.
