A. I definitely recommend you take your dog to your vet, or to an emergency vet if your normal vet is closed today. Cooked bones are particularly dangerous as the risk of impaction is high. Even if he's not impacted it seems like from your description he's feeling really miserable, and likely has a case of gastritis or gastroenteritis due to eating the bones. At the vet clinic they can x-ray him to see if there's a blockage, and provide fluid therapy and medications to combat the nausea and the stomach upset.
