Q. My dog could not sleep the entire night and was growling slowly. He did not have his food today in the morning and is also not barking. He's 7 years

A. Sounds like he is not feeling like himself. Loss of appetite is something to watch as long as he is still drinking and going to the bathroom regularly. If he is not drinking or going to the bathroom then it is probably a good idea to call the vet. He sounds like he is uncomfortable by the growling and that he is not sleeping. Check around the house and make sure he didn't get into anything he shouldn't have that may have caused a tummy ache. If his behavior is very out of the ordinary always better to ask the vet.
