A. I do not recommend waiting until the first of Feb. It sounds like she may have a corneal abrasion complicated with a bacterial infection. If this is the case, she could lose her vision if left untreated. If there is no abrasion or ulcer present than it sounds like a bacterial conjunctivitis. Neither are difficult or expensive to treat if caught early. They require an antibiotic ointment specifically meant for the eye.
