Q. My 68lb pitbull bulldog mix has a hematoma on her ear flap its about 1 1/2 inches in diameter and feels full of fluid

A. The best treatment for an ear hematoma is surgery to open up the hematoma, drained the fluid, and suture the cartilage together. Have your dog examined by a veterinarian for treatment.
