Q. I was instructed to give my dog a shot of a steroid. I gave her the shot I believe in the wrong area of her back. Will it still work?

A. I am assuming you were supposed to give the injection in the subcutaneous space( under the skin) and it doesn't matter the location on the body. As long as you injected it right under the skin, it will work fine.
