A. There is a device you can pick up at the pet store called a tick remover. Get 4 months worth of frontline and Hartgard for the dog to get rid of all the cycles of the fleas he probably has and to get rid of ticks. I would also recommend that the dog see a vet asap. If you're exposing the dog to your other pets and to your home it could invest your home with intestinal parasites, ticks, fleas, and other diseases.
