A. Buster collar is the best way to keep her from licking. The bandage needs to be changed quite frequently (1-2 days). That would depend on the size and type of cut (how deep it is). It may be more appropriate to leave it without bandage and keep the wound clean with salt water twice or 3 times daily (10 teaspoon of salt in 1 liter of water). Sometimes cats don't tolerate bandages very well and the wound, especially if small, may heal more quickly if not covered.
If the wound is swollen or discharge in 3-4 days, I would recommend to take her to your veterinarian as antibiotics may be needed.
A. It can take up to 2 weeks to heal properly if it's not a deep big cut.
