A. first of all it depends how bad the limping is and how long it's been since it started. If it is an acute limping that just started, if she is still putting some weight on this limb then just rest her for a few days and see if she gets better. If it's been a while already it might be an arthritis chronic condition, in this case you have to ask yourself first of all: is she overweight? if so losing weight is a priority to help making this better. There are a lot of natural products on the market aimed to help arthritis, the most common being glucosamine/chondroetin based (helps in about 30% of cases only). At your vet you can be given medical options as well as special food for arthritis. other options which I strongly recommend if the problem persists are physiotherapy or acupuncture.
A. I would recommend to take her to your veterinarian and have her checked and have pain relief medications prescribed. In the meantime rest her as much as possible.
she could have only have a soft tissue injury or something more serious especially if she is not bearing weight on that leg.
