A. if she is eating well I would suspect food allergy first. She should go on a special hypoalergenic diet for 2 months at least and see if it helps. Before doing that I would recommend de-worming her and perform a fecal exam at the vet to rule out other possibilities. A blood test to rule out liver disease and pancreatitis would also be a good idea. If non of those help she might have IBD (idiopathic bowel disease) which is manageable with medications (steroids).
