A. If he has an enzyme problem it's probably from the pancreas. There is a test that can be done for EPI (exocrine pancreatic insufficiency), if this comes back positive then enzymatic treatment and hypoallergenic food can be started.
If it's not EPI and the dog's condition seem to be difficult to diagnose, it might be IBD (inflammatory bowel diseases). It's quiet difficult to diagnose, an ultrasound can help with the suspicion (but not fully diagnose it). The treatment is usually steroids and hypoallergenic food as well.
