A. You can try to curb the unwanted behavior by applying a product called "Bitter apple" to certain items that will make them taste bad to your pet. However, you would have to take precaution not to touch the product yourself because it is quite unpleasant if you were to inadvertently get some into your mouth. Ick!
Another approach would be to use a spray bottle and spray kitty whenever he does the unwanted behavior. This teaches cats their boundaries and is a common and safe practice to use.
