A. Vomiting a couple times a day can signify something more serious like a foreign body ingestion. Especially if it occurs immediately after eating and contains mostly whole kibbles.
Another common reason why this can occur in cats is because of IBD (inflammatory bowel disease). IBD involves preliminary diagnotics (i.e. Bloodwork, radiographs, ultrasound) and essentially a biopsy (surgical) is needed to diagnosis IBD for sure.
I would try to start with an antacid like Omeprazole (Prilosec) @ 0.5mg-1 mg/kg every 24 hours. However if this is a true IBD disease then diagnostics is indicated and steroids are usually recommended for treatment.
