A. Your cat appears to have a urinary tract infection (UTI). I recommend that you take her to a vet for a urinalysis and antibiotic treatment. If this is just a simple UTI and no crystals are found, then this should be the extent of the treatment for her.
Since she has a UTI now I would recommend that you consider, if she is not already on, switching to wet (canned) food and/or urinary health food to help prevent recurrence of a UTI. Such as Hill's Science Diet multi-cat urinary health.
