A. It sounds as if your pet may have some vaginitis along with the already diagnosed UTI. I would recommend cleansing the outer vaginal area with chlorhexidine solution, which you can get from your vet or local pet store. Then if this has an odor to it it most likely needs an antifungal +/- antibiotic treatment to clear any signs of an infection on the skin ittself. Double check with your vet if there is an additional antibiotic needed and if antifungal wipes are indicated here as well.
