A. She may be a night drinker. I often don't see my cats drink water either and most cats aren't big water drinkers to begin with so I wouldn't worry too much just yet.
Also keep in mind that if you are feeding her a wet (canned) food then she is getting a lot of her water intake from here and naturally won't drink as much from her water bowl.
If you notice any straining to defecate or tacky gums, then these are signs that she may not be taking in enough water for sure and should be addressed.
For now I would just monitor her and also pay attention to how often you refill her water bowl for clues that she is drinking.
