Q. My dog seems to be more lethargic than usual. Should I be concerned?

A. Lethargy is a concerning sign unfortunately it is common in most of diseases so it is impossible to say what is going on without knowing more details. If your dog continues to be unwell you should take him/her to your vets for examination .
