Q. Will a retcal einama work on a paralysed dog

A. It depends if paralysis affects also innervation of colon and rectum. If the nerves going to the large intestines are working fine then enema will work. If the rectum is ' paralysed' the same as the hind legs the faeces should be manually evacuated .
