Q. Kitten 12 weeks old doesn't appear to be growing like brothers and sisters, stomach is distended, but eats good and drinks plenty of water.

A. You should take him/her to your vets for examination and ideally blood and urine test. He/she may have been born with kidneys disease or other congenital problem.
