A. There is no reason to supplement iron to dogs unless low iron level has been confirmed with blood test. Generally, iron can be very dangerous if overdosed or given unnecessarily on regular basis and I would not recommend to use this medication without indication
A. Iron should be supplemented in justified cases like f.e anemia. If you want to enrich your pet diet better give supplement designed for animals with vitamins in microelements according to the label. If you are giving well balanced diet there is no need to give any supplement
