Q. My dog is running nonstop and he was wrapping the leash when he was let out around his legs till he cried and we had to intervene he is very odd

A. It sounds like your dog may benefit from a beginner obedience class or some lessons in "loose-leash walking". You can seek help from a trainer in your area, and many basic obedience classes will cover this in their curriculum. Looking up Youtube videos for Loose-leash walking may also help give you some good step by step instructions to try out so that your dog is easier to walk. Switching to a head halter or no-pull harness (NOT a regular harness) may also help during the training process.
