Q. Can I take my dogs left over 20mg Prednisone? I am prescribed them on a regular basis and I have ran out of mine and my doctor is out until mid-week

A. As long as the ingredient is the exact same as your prescription, I would think it is safe if you stick to your regular dosing. However, I would advise calling your local pharmacy and speaking to the pharmacist just to be sure.
