A. It's hard to advise you on what could be wrong with your cat without checking her over and seeing what the discharge looks like. Assuming she has been neutered, and that the discharge is coming from her vagina. It could be dry blood and be secondary to an infection or something more sinister like a tumour of the uro-genital area ( most likely her uterus ). I would recommend to have her checked over, regardless of the condition it must be something that it' s causing discomfort and should not be left for too long.
