Q. I gave my dog heartworms meds with no testing. He was groomed yesterday also. Now he is lethargic. Should I be worried?

A. I would rather have him checked over than just leave him, there must be something wrong with him if he is now lethargic. It' s hard for us to advise you without physically seeing him.
