If this doesn't work, you should go to the vet right away - don't wait until Monday - because a kitten who's not eating can become hypoglycemic and get dangerously sick fast. Even if it gets better today, you should make a vet appointment soon because it will need to be dewormed - it almost certainly has parasites - and to get vaccinated depending on how old it is.
