Q. I have a black Lab that threw up last night and is very weak this morning. She got in the garbage and ate a banana peel. She threw this up.

A. If there are any muscle twitching or tremors then you should see your vet immediately as mouldy food can be very toxic. If she is just a bit lethargic then I would starve til the evening but still offer water if vomiting continues then you should see your vet as soon as possible.
