Q. Cat is loudly meowing at random times. Seems disorientated and afraid. Thrown up several times today. Peed on me when I tried to pick him up.

A. Without examination it is impossible to say what is causing the problem. It could be pain, toxicity, gastroenteritis. I would recommend having him checked over by your vet or emergency vet as soon as possible.
